General Website Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the alpinecomp.nz website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Total Sport 360 LTD (“Total Sport 360 LTD”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Total Sport 360 LTD, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Although the Website and Services may link to other resources (such as websites, mobile applications, etc.), we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource, unless specifically stated herein. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the content of their resources. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content of any other third parties. Schools Alpine Competition 2024 Event Terms and Conditions

Where applicable, we abide by NZ Ski event terms and conditions, outlined on their website.

If this event is unable to run for any reason then a pro-rata daily ratio of the entry fees will be refunded to the individual or school who paid the entry fees. We will not be held responsible for any other costs participants incur in relation to this event or getting to this event. All refunds will be made in New Zealand Dollars using the payment method/and or payment card originally used for purchase.

All credits or refunds are final and will be paid by the 30th of October 2024. Any enquiries after this time will not be honored.

The Schools Alpine Competition management reserve the right to obtain independent advice to validate any claim.

NZSKI Event Waiver

I hereby give NZSki or any third party acting on its behalf: permission to use, publish and/or copyright photographic portraits, pictures or videos taken of me during this event in printed and/or electronic marketing material including, but not limited to, publications, brochures, advertising and proposals in perpetuity without payment to me or any other form of compensation.

I acknowledge that by entering the event that I am physically fit and I know of no medical reason why I should not participate in the event. I acknowledge that there are risks involved in the event. I fully realise the dangers of participating in the event, and fully assume the risks associated with my participation and my wellbeing and safety during and after the event. I understand and acknowledge that the event organisers (including all officials and event volunteers) provide no warranties, regarding my wellbeing and safety.

As a condition of my entry, I agree to waive, release and discharge NZSki Limited and any of its employees, directors, agents and sponsors of the event from any and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft and all other foreseeable risks, claims or actions of any kind (including negligence and breach of contract) whatever and however occurring (and including legal fees incurred as a result of any claim, whether it is valid or not) which may arise, at any time, from or in connection with, directly or indirectly, this event or my participation in this event.

I indemnify and hold harmless NZSki Limited and any of its employee’s, agents and sponsors of the event from any and all liabilities, claims or actions (including negligence) whatever or however caused arising as a result of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, from this event or my participation in this event.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the effect and intent of this waiver on my rights. By entering this event I fully understand and agree to the terms outlined.
